Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of in-store promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies, under direct supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Lewis Stores products, services, and current promotions.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining an appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.
- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets through active participation and support.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Accurately complete all necessary administrative tasks related to sales and customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
