Key Responsibilities

- Register new patients and update existing patient demographic and insurance information.
- Answer and direct phone calls, faxes, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Collect co-pays and balances, issue receipts, and process daily financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare and manage patient charts, ensuring all necessary documentation is available for appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
