Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and food service areas.
- Help with the preparation of food and beverages, including basic chopping, plating, and non-alcoholic drink preparation, under the guidance of chefs and catering managers.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences are communicated.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, kitchen, and dining spaces throughout the event.
- Refill food stations, clear plates, and ensure a continuous supply of clean utensils and crockery.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and general tidying after events.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution and a positive working environment.
