Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders from the KFC Naivasha branch to customers' locations within the designated delivery radius.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining the quality and temperature of food products.
- Handle cash payments accurately and process electronic payments using a smartphone or POS device.
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant and upon delivery to the customer.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of your delivery motorcycle/scooter.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff regarding order status, delivery issues, and customer feedback.
- Represent the KFC brand professionally at all times while on duty.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle riding license (Class F endorsement required)
- Proven experience riding a motorcycle safely and efficiently.
- Excellent knowledge of Naivasha town's roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to handle varying weather conditions and carry delivery bags.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food delivery rider or in a similar courier role.
- Familiarity with using smartphone navigation apps and order management systems.
