Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon their arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process guest payments accurately using the hotel's POS system.
