Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, thorough foot patrols within the entire mall premises, including common areas, retail spaces, parking lots, and designated security zones.
- Proactively monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control points to identify and promptly respond to security threats or emergencies.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized persons, potential safety hazards, or breaches of security protocols.
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, emergency calls for assistance, and customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by courteously assisting shoppers and mall staff with directions, information, and general inquiries.
- Enforce mall rules and regulations consistently to ensure a peaceful, orderly, and safe environment for everyone.
- Accurately document all incidents, observations, and daily activities in detailed reports and logs.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement, emergency services, and mall management when necessary.
- Administer basic first aid if required, following established procedures (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures related to security operations and professional conduct.
