Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily general cleaning duties of all assigned office spaces, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring adequate supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand towels) are always stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in staff kitchens and break areas, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and floor surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas, adhering to recycling policies where applicable.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Replenish office and washroom supplies as needed, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards observed in the premises to the facility supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company cleaning standards.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are stored securely and correctly after use.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.
