Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with various hair services, including shampooing, conditioning, and treatment applications.
- Prepare clients for services, ensuring their comfort and providing a welcoming experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon floor, workstations, and treatment areas throughout the day.
- Sterilize and prepare tools and equipment according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage salon inventory, including restocking shelves, tracking product usage, and assisting with orders.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with appointment check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Actively observe and learn various cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatment techniques from experienced professionals.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
