Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment, sets, and locations.
- Run errands as directed by the production team, including picking up props, supplies, and meals.
- Help manage and distribute call sheets, production schedules, and other vital documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on set and in the production office.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, organizing files, and data entry.
- Support cast and crew members with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and readiness.
- Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Observe and assist with various stages of production, from pre-production to post-production, to gain comprehensive understanding.
