Key Responsibilities
- Perform general gardening duties including watering plants, trees, and lawns.
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and propagating various flora.
- Weed garden beds, pathways, and other landscaped areas to maintain tidiness.
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees under supervision.
- Clear debris, leaves, and waste from garden areas and dispose of them properly.
- Operate basic gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Prepare soil for planting, including mixing compost and fertilizers.
- Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and storage areas.
