Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of customer orders within Kiambu and surrounding areas.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against delivery notes before departure and upon customer receipt.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Handle cash or mobile payments accurately and securely, if required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the delivery vehicle (especially if using own vehicle).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the QuickMart team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License (Class A for motorcycle or Class B/C/E for car)
- Minimum of 1 year proven driving experience, preferably in a delivery or courier role.
- Excellent knowledge of Kiambu town routes, shortcuts, and surrounding areas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
