Are you meticulously organized, highly accurate, and thrive in a remote work environment? SawaWorld is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Data Encoder to join our dynamic team. As a Data Encoder, you will be instrumental in transforming raw information from various sources—including paper forms, digital surveys, and reports—into structured, digital formats within our database systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the high quality and consistency of our databases, which support critical decision-making processes, donor reporting, and internal analyses. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., surveys, reports, forms) into designated databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in strict accordance with organizational policies and privacy regulations.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval and proper record-keeping.
- Generate reports and summaries of entered data as required by supervisors.
- Perform regular data quality checks and support data cleansing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related issues or clarification needs.
- Adhere to project deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.
- Contribute to improving data collection and entry processes.

Required Skills
