Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the gated estate perimeter and internal areas.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any irregularities.
- Control access points, verifying the identity of residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all entries, exits, and security incidents.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all occupants and guests.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches.
- Liaise with residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, addressing concerns as needed.
- Prepare detailed daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the senior security team to enhance overall estate security.
- Provide basic first aid assistance when required (training will be provided).
