Key Responsibilities

- Present menus and provide detailed information regarding daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Offer expert recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine and spirits.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, utilizing our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to fine dining service standards (e.g., silver service, proper plate handling).
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond proactively to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegantly set dining area at all times.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
