Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the comprehensive, in-house training program provided by Adara Spa to master various beauty therapy techniques and protocols.
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including, but not limited to, professional facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing services, and basic relaxation massages, adhering strictly to Adara Spa's high standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide personalized advice on skincare and aftercare.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards for all treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery and optimal client flow.
- Educate clients on the benefits of specific treatments and recommend suitable retail products to support their beauty and wellness journey at home.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service and a warm, professional demeanor.
