Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks on the construction site.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform other foundational site preparation activities.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and senior team members diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are properly stored.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in the setup and dismantle of temporary structures and scaffolding.
- Transport materials between work areas using wheelbarrows, carts, or other equipment.
