Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the industrial estate perimeter and internal areas to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment to detect and report suspicious behavior.
- Control access points for employees, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all security alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical emergencies and fire alarms.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on all security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Enforce company and client security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Conduct thorough searches of vehicles and personnel as required by security protocols.
- Assist in the evacuation of personnel during emergencies and guide emergency services to the incident location.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with management, team members, and relevant authorities.
- Safeguard company property and assets from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in an industrial or corporate environment.
- Excellent observational and patrolling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and interaction.
- Ability to operate security equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, and communication devices.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
