Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Monitor table activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Process customer payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role.
