Key Responsibilities
- Unpack and sort incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, displays, and chillers with products, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO – First-In, First-Out).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the sales floor and in storage areas.
- Verify product quantities against invoices and report discrepancies.
- Monitor product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged goods.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when needed.
- Operate basic store equipment safely and effectively (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks if trained).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock taking as required.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

- Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly.
