Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data from various source documents (e.g., paper forms, scanned documents, digital files) into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors or inconsistencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and adhere to all internal data security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring proper organization and categorization.
- Review and cross-reference entered data to ensure consistency and integrity across multiple platforms.
- Respond to inquiries regarding entered data, providing support and clarifications as needed to internal teams.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records of completed tasks and source documents.
- Assist with data cleanup projects, database maintenance, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Meet or exceed daily targets for data volume and accuracy while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy).
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
