Under the direct supervision of experienced and certified electricians, you will learn the fundamentals of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the practical application of electrical theory. You will be actively involved in various stages of building wiring projects, from preparation and installation to testing and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Prepare and assemble conduits and wires, ensuring proper sizing and routing.
- Carry and set up tools, equipment, and materials for various electrical tasks.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Observe and adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Shadow experienced electricians, asking questions and actively participating in learning opportunities.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wires, connecting terminals, and installing outlets/switches.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing routine inspections.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
