Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior barbers with client preparation, including draping and shampooing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon premises.
- Sterilize tools and equipment according to strict health and safety standards.
- Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and assist with retail product sales.
- Observe and learn various barbering techniques, including cutting, shaving, and styling.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage laundry and ensure towels and capes are clean and readily available.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in learning activities and workshops.
- Support general salon operations as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop proficiency in client consultation, product recommendations, and aftercare advice.
