Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Packers to join our dynamic team in Abuja. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods against packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort and categorize packages efficiently based on destination, type, and priority within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, tracking numbers, and any special handling instructions.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as required to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Adhere strictly to assigned shift schedules and maintain punctuality for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting items.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts.

- Experience with manual pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
