Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all restaurant dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and windows, ensuring they are immaculate before opening hours.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, fridges), and storage areas, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Wash and sterilize dishes, glassware, and cutlery, ensuring ample supplies are available for service.
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a tidy and organized manner.
- Assist with other ad-hoc cleaning duties as required to support the overall operation of the restaurant and hotel.
