Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a neat and organized dining environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the restaurant management.
