Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and stimulating care for children of various ages (as specified by family).
- Plan and execute engaging age-appropriate educational activities, games, and outings.
- Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a love for learning.
- Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children, adhering to dietary needs and preferences.
- Manage daily routines including waking up, bathing, dressing, meal times, naps, and bedtime.
- Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, both inside and outside the home.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including their rooms and play areas.
- Communicate regularly and transparently with parents regarding the children's day, development, and any concerns.
- Facilitate children's social development through playdates and group activities.
- Assist with light household duties related to the children (e.g., laundry, tidying common areas).
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and manage medication according to parental instructions.
- Act as a positive role model, teaching good manners, hygiene, and respect.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a professional nanny or childcare provider.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to manage multiple children and their diverse needs effectively.
