Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process orders and payments accurately using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and stock.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including restocking and receiving deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and identify/report any signs of intoxication.
