Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in various positions across multiple industries. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates through conducting interviews and extending job offers. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and managing the entire recruitment process effectively. A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, be proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking), and be able to manage a high volume of candidates and client requests concurrently.
