We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Junior Security Officer to join our team, providing essential security services for a prestigious gated residential estate located in Shasha, Alimosho. As a Junior Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining the safety, order, and peaceful environment of the estate. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security incidents or concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control access points, verifying identity of residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including common areas, perimeters, and facilities, to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, promptly reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and visitor logs.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security alarms, following established protocols.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by residents and visitors.
- Provide assistance and direction to residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report and escalate any security concerns or breaches to senior security personnel or estate management.
- Ensure all security equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions.
