We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Cleaning Staff member to join our team at the COPEDU Plc Gisagara branch, specifically for the essential morning shift. This critical role is designed to ensure our office environment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order before our daily business operations commence. As a member of our cleaning team, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional, and safe atmosphere for our valued clients and dedicated employees. Your responsibilities will encompass the thorough cleaning and sanitization of all designated areas within the office premises, including client waiting areas, executive offices, meeting rooms, common hallways, restrooms, and kitchenettes. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to identifying and addressing cleaning needs, and a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for offices, common areas, restrooms, and kitchenettes.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors thoroughly.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, shelves, and window sills.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms meticulously and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean interior windows and glass partitions to maintain clarity.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored, cleaned, and maintained after use.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, systematic approach to cleaning duties.
