Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including sandwiches, salads, and other light meals, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, food preparation stations, dining areas, and restrooms throughout shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure public health.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive working environment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of stations, and general restaurant cleaning.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or customer service role.
