Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients across a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals (nurses, specialists, etc.).
- Provide patient education and counseling.
- Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all relevant medical regulations and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Current medical license in the State of Michigan
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Experience with a specific patient population (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Experience with telehealth technology
