Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage).
- Learn to identify, handle, and safely use a wide range of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Prepare work sites, including gathering materials, organizing tools, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting and assembling pipes, assisting with trenching, and lifting plumbing materials.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Observe and learn techniques for troubleshooting plumbing issues, efficient work execution, and problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other site personnel.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the plumbing trade.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently when directed.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic understanding of general safety procedures or a strong willingness to learn and apply them immediately.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Good verbal communication skills in Kinyarwanda and/or English.
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program.

- Completed primary or secondary education.
