Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, articulate daily specials, and offer informed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to any inquiries or requests, and address concerns proactively.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest payments efficiently and accurately, processing cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor
