Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, banners, and short animations.
- Design and update website elements, landing pages, and digital advertisements under guidance from senior team members.
- Create professional presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials.
- Assist in the development of print collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, for various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all design work adheres strictly to Bank of Kigali's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications specialists to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- A compelling portfolio showcasing design capabilities and creative potential
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools
