Job Description

Nisa Premier Hospital is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Staff member to provide essential General Administration and Clerical Support at our Jabi, Abuja location. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, distributing them appropriately.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for various departments or senior staff.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide front-desk support when needed, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Support various hospital departments with administrative tasks, facilitating inter-departmental communication.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
