Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and transactional data into designated banking systems.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere strictly to data privacy regulations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency.
- Generate reports, summaries, or analyses as required by department leads.
