We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant for a corporate executive’s household, requiring a live-in arrangement in Ogba, Ikeja. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee household staff, manage household budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
- Handle all personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and execute personal errands, events, and family commitments as required.
- Prepare and process expense reports, manage invoices, and maintain meticulous records.
- Act as a primary liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile information on various topics for personal and professional use.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and maintain a high level of privacy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a corporate or high-net-worth individual’s setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
