Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks across all areas of the estate, including living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and auxiliary rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, floors, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques for various luxury materials (wood, marble, glass, silver, delicate fabrics).
- Handle laundry and ironing for household linens and personal garments, including delicate items and special fabrics, ensuring proper care, stain removal, and storage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household consumables, proactively ordering and restocking as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Oversee the organization of closets, pantries, and storage areas, maintaining tidiness, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Care for indoor plants and floral arrangements, ensuring they remain fresh and vibrant.
- Attend to special requests and unique household needs with flexibility, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor living areas immediately adjacent to the residence, such as patios or balconies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs observed within the property promptly.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and confidentiality of the residents and the estate at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a professional housekeeper, preferably within a private estate, luxury hotel, or high-end residential setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous, thorough approach to cleaning and organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment suitable for luxury materials and delicate surfaces.
- Strong understanding of laundry care, including stain removal, fabric preservation, and ironing techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet high standards.
- High level of discretion, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
