Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility.
- Assist with data entry tasks, updating databases, spreadsheets, and preparing basic administrative reports.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders with approved vendors, and ensure supplies are readily available for staff.
