Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching.
- Help with the mixing of paints, matching colors accurately, and ensuring proper consistency.
- Learn and practice various paint application techniques using brushes, rollers, and potentially spray equipment.
- Transport and set up equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and protective coverings.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.

- Perform general clean-up duties on job sites, including disposing of waste materials.
