Nini’s Bakery & Confectionery is seeking a dedicated and energetic Bakery Helper to join our bustling team in Makurdi. Key Responsibilities
- Assist bakers with the preparation of ingredients, including measuring, weighing, and mixing.
- Operate and clean bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers under supervision.
- Ensure all workstations, tools, and kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and sanitized according to food safety standards.
- Support the baking process by loading and unloading ovens, proofing dough, and decorating finished products.
- Package and label baked goods for storage or display.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify supervisors of shortages.
- Receive and properly store deliveries of raw materials.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with other general kitchen duties as required to maintain efficient operations.
