Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicating clearly with kitchen staff to ensure precision and speed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the restaurant to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Actively participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
