Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties for all guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including the reception area, lounges, dining areas, hallways, and outdoor patios.
- Replenish guest room amenities, toiletries, and informational materials as per guest house standards.
- Handle guest laundry and house laundry (linens, towels) with care, ensuring timely washing, drying, folding, and proper storage.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, informing management when new supplies are needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
