Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate filing, photocopying, precise data entry, and efficient management of correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting, and timely distribution of all school communications, newsletters, and critical announcements.
- Manage and maintain all office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are consistently met and implementing efficient ordering processes.
- Support front office operations, including warmly greeting visitors, professionally answering phones, and accurately directing enquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in the meticulous organization and seamless coordination of all school events, important meetings, and essential parent-teacher conferences.
- Oversee the tidiness, cleanliness, and impeccable organization of all communal areas, staff rooms, and general office spaces within the school.
- Provide basic first aid assistance and compassionate support to students as required, ensuring proper and immediate incident reporting protocols are followed.
- Supervise students during non-class times, such as lunch breaks and designated playground duty, diligently ensuring their safety and strict adherence to school rules.
- Support the teaching staff with essential non-instructional tasks, such as preparing classroom materials, setting up necessary equipment, and managing student records.
- Assist with school transportation logistics and ensure smooth student pick-up/drop-off procedures are in place and executed.
