This pivotal supervisory role is absolutely critical to ensuring the seamless, efficient, and highly productive management of all our agricultural activities. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for upholding and elevating our stringent standards in either crop cultivation or livestock management (or a combination thereof, depending on the specific farm’s focus), optimising operational efficiency, and fostering exceptional team leadership. This represents an outstanding opportunity for an individual eager to assume significant ownership and responsibility within a vital agricultural enterprise, directly contributing to the success of food production and the economic resilience of the Northern Cape region. Join us in cultivating not just crops or livestock, but a thriving future for our community and our nation.
