Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and polishing furniture in all designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly, including fixtures, appliances, and surfaces.
- Execute laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens.
- Make beds and change linen as required in guesthouses or residences, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Manage waste disposal, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation and cleanliness of the facility.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Domestic Worker or in a similar housekeeping role.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaner, washing machine).
