Key Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments on scheduled routes within Surprise, Arizona.
- Ensure the physical and mental well-being of dogs during walks, including providing water and appropriate exercise.
- Administer medications or follow specific care instructions as directed by pet owners.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with clients regarding their pet's activities, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe walking environment, including proper waste disposal.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure the safety of pets, property, and yourself.
- Provide basic pet care services during visits, such as feeding, refreshing water, and light clean-up.
- Ensure client homes are securely locked and property is respected after each visit.
- Document services provided, including walk times, distances, and any notable observations.
Required Skills
- Genuine love and compassion for animals, especially dogs.
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels confidently and safely.
