Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Maintain organized and clean backroom storage areas.
- Verify product freshness and remove expired or damaged items from sales floor.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including operating equipment safely.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly, helpful service when needed.
- Execute merchandising plans, including setting up promotional displays and signage.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary store environment.
- Support inventory management through accurate counting and reporting.
