We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Visalia, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and vehicle presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews for sales personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, F&I, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with specific CRM platforms such as Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK Drive.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
